Dealing with electrical issues can be a little overwhelming, but the way Bradbury treats their customers from the start immediately puts your mind at ease!! Not knowing any electricians, I depending on social media to direct me. Bradbury's website was even appealing! The chat feature allowed me to share details of the issues we were experiencing, which was followed by a call from a friendly and helpful representative from their company... on a weekend!!! The professional service that followed was just as impressive. Professional, experienced with no sales agenda. I would highly recommend Bradbury Brothers!!!

This service was for our a/c checkup. Our service representative came as scheduled. Jacob was polite and professional. We needed a part replaced that was under warranty. Jacob was able to obtain the part and replaced it the next day. The personnel always called and kept me informed about our representative’s tentative arrival time.

Customer had us out today to investigate a water spot in her pantry. Found the master tub/shower directly overhead of this spot. There was an access door to the drainage and valve. Ran water and saw no signs of leaking on the drainage or valve itself. The trim plate for the valve was missing caulk and there was a small gap at the top of the plate. Caulked the trim plate and this should take care of the issue. If we need to return, we will need to cut into the ceiling below this tub to further diagnose the issue. No follow up at this time.

Came out today to conduct the annual home plumbing inspection, and everything looks good no leaks to be seen no issues we did pull a little hair out of the guest bathtub drain for the customer but everything else looks great and no follow-up needed.

Came back out today to install new washer machine box and icemaker box that is right behind the washing machine. Cut out old piping that was just sticking out of the wall and install boxes. Everything is back in the wall now. Checked everything out found no leaks anywhere.

Homeowner had us out today to take a look water heater in the house he is fixing up to rent out. Found it to be a nine year old water heater that he wanted to lift off the floor onto a stand. And buys him that that could possibly make an older water heater that is never been maintained to leak and that we cannot be responsible for that. He agreed. And also he agreed to change it out to a green 40 gallon propane short water heater in the laundry room. Performed work and everything is working properly that I can tell. There is no gas to the house yet. I did fill the tank up and check for any leaks. Advised homeowner that when they turn the propane on to have them check for leaks.

And also saw small amount of water in the emergency drain pan. Found that the noise is from when only one thermostat is calling for cooling and the blower speed slows down and it’s the noise of the water hitting the ptrap. Also found the water was from small amount of air spilling from the seams and creating condensation from meeting with attic air. Explained that I did not have metal/foil tape since it was all used yesterday so had to tape up with duct tape, did not apply duct sealant so we could apply metal tape to the seams to keep all cold air in and keep it from mixing with

Reset system and made the call for cooling, after 5 minute delay one compressor came on and only one fan motor came on the other one was seized and not spinning. Tried to force it to spin but failed. Since the second fan motor doesn’t kick on the compressor head pressure gets too high and shuts down to protect the compressor. Took video of the unit reac

Filter Size(s) Returned tstat to original settings: Y(74) Unit operational; prior to leaving: Y Notes:Upon arrival checked in with Mrs.Livermore and went to attic to take measurements and record readings. Have gathered all information needed to provide estimate for the scope of work to correct airflow issues. Reduced airflow to 1st and 2nd floors by switching pin from 30% down to 20% for the first floor and trimmed the second floor from 50% to 30%. When both zones are open blower is now running at 83% capacity to lower static pressures.
