November 2020 – Patty Parra
Our Employee of the Month for November is… Patty Parra! Patty one of our customer service representatives, is an excellent example of our values at Bradbury Brothers. Her calm voice and demeanor help ease our customers when they call in for service, she is always motivating and lifting up her fellow employees (sometimes with coffee!), and is always a participant in our many community drives. On top of that, she recently participated in a Thanksgiving food drive at her church. We love having you here, Patty – great job!
October 2020 – Vanessa Migl
Wahoo to Vanessa for earning the title of Employee of the Month for October! Vanessa works as a dispatcher in our plumbing division. Vanessa has been working so hard to learn all the ins and outs of the plumbing world, while also being an awesome team player amongst her peers. We’re not sure how she managed it, but while she was being a rockstar at work, she also went and got married too! So impressive – congrats Vanessa! Well deserved award.
September 2020 – Caleb Chapman
Have you gotten to meet Caleb, yet? Caleb is one of our ROCKSTAR plumbers! He earned our Employee of the Month award in September. Caleb always takes such wonderful care of our customers, and for that reason – is always highly requested among them. Great job, Caleb. We LOVE having you on our Bradbury team.
August 2020 – Kara Diaz
Congratulations to Kara, our August Employee of the Month! Kara started as a Customer Service Representative with Bradbury Brothers right before the crazy summer heat, and it very well seemed like she had been doing this for years. Our customers love how sweet and helpful she always is, and she was recently awarded with the Class Clown award for always keeping her team mates smiling and laughing. Great job, Kara!
June 2020 – Jim Van Court
Congratulations to Jim, our June Employee of the Month! Jim has done amazing things at Bradbury Brothers as our Master Electrician. Our customers absolutely love him – he gets some of the BEST reviews! Additionally, Jim has worked many a weekend in order to ensure our customers are well taken care of. He has been passing along his extensive knowledge to our trainees, and is one of the first to congratulate a fellow coworker when they do something well. Congrats Jim – very well deserved!
