Replaced sewer line

Customer had us out today to give estimates to replace two 50 gallon tall NG water heaters. Both heaters are leaking. Gave estimates for 6 year, 10 year and tankless options. Customer will follow up with us if they want the work done.

Set new bathtub faucet, shower faucet and lavatory faucets. Connected all drains and water lines to all. Set new toilet and connected water to it . Turned all water on and checked for leaks . Found none and everything was working with no issues .

CU-3 threw the belts off Troubleshot and found belt on AHU 2 was broken causing the other (2) belts to come loose and fall off. Replaced (1) belt and adjusted motor. Belt was not warranty. All operational upon departure

Came out today because the customer was getting discoloration on the hot side and his water system after turning the softener on bypass. The cold side Had gone clear but the hot side was still black. We ended up doing a good flash on the water heater and it seem to resolve the issue, all the fixtures are running clear now in the house. Customer paid with a credit card no follow-up needed.

Arrived to the Rogers residence to go over barn power and barn build out. Will need some time to put a estimate together. Mr. Rogers asked if we knew somebody that does concrete work and sheet rock work.

Arrived to the Lewis residence to look at a fan that she was having issues with. After looking at the fan I let her know that the fan was bad and she will need to get a new one. I will be sending over an estimate to install the new one that way when she gets it she can reach out to us to schedule it.

Arrive to Mr. Brady‘s office to look at 4 TVs they would like installed. I have written up the estimate and will email it over. We should do a follow up call on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.

Came out today for our annual home inspection. In the kitchen, the garbage disposal sounds as if a bearing is going out. Recommend replacement of the disposal. No other issues were found at this time. Customer is not interested in these recommendations at this time. No follow up.

Tub was Backed up in bathroom of left side of house. Had to run hand cable down the line to clear stoppage . Cleared and ran water to test drain. All water took with no issues. Can not warranty stoppages .

Returned ned to install recommendations to all three systems. Installed in line float switches, blow out valves and non ozone air scrubbers. Blew lines out a flushed with a gallon of water each. Systems are operational at the time.

Repaired the wiring connectors to get the unit up and running. The condenser fan came on and then after some time the compressor finally kicked on. I found the run capacitor is extremely weak and could fail at any moment. The start capacitor needs to be replaced to make sure the compressor kicks on when it’s supposed to. The unit is still low on refrigerant. This is an indication of a leak within the system. Came out today to give a quote for changing out 3 customer supplied toilets. The water heater was temporarily non accessible to look at and not interested in c.c. At the moment but it will be included with the toilet change out should she decide to go with the estimate. She paid the service fee with the 20$ coupon applied. No follow up at the moment.

Homeowner has back today to install parts that were sent by Delta. Did have a problem with getting the water to stop flowing. Finally stopped flow and was able to change out the handles in the cartridges. Tested everything out everything is working properly.

We came out today because the customers home inspector noted lots of concerns about the galvanized piping and needed an estimate to replace these areas. When it comes to galvanized piping it is not recommended to replace small or even large sections in a home like this because once you start cutting into it and making repairs it ends up causing leaks down stream, so we gave estimate to replace the home with or without sheet rock repair. The galvanize definitely needs to be replaced at this point there’s quite a few areas that are pitting and rusted in the attic visible. The customer is going to relay The information to the realtor and get back with us on a date to come get it done.

Homeowner had us out today due to water pressure issues throughout the whole house. If you have a faucet on and flush a toilet you lose pressure. Found the water softener is not working properly. Bypassed it and everything is working great. Did offer comfort club homeowner is going to talk to his wife and will call if they want to go ahead and do comfort club for everything.
