Came out today to give an estimate to run a drain line for the customers RV. The customer may end up digging the ditch lines for us to save money but we will need to provide an estimate to drop a pump grinding station and a stub out and run 2 inch line all the way down to the septic tank that is 125 feet away. The customer will be sending us pictures of where the tank is actually located and any other information that you can give us. We will be working on different estimates but for now the customer paid with credit card and we will follow up shortly.

Came out today to see what was leaking on one of the customers faucets that we put in. After running the sink for a while filling up the drain and releasing it numerous times we also took the handles off one by one and finally lifted the body of the Faucet off the counter and realized the faucet had a super slow internal leak that was eventually dripping below. The customer had mentioned that she saw water coming out of the front of the Faucet so we got on the phone with Moore supply and got it set up for her to exchange the defective Fixture. While we were there we checked the other two Fossetts and serviced the handheld sprayer to get it to flow better by cleaning it out. Customer will let us know when they get the top half back in so we can come by and put it on and also pick up my battery and charger that was left behind that the contractor picked up.

Customer stated the only warm air would blow in the home so it went to condenser. Found wire from the contactor burnt off the capacitor capacitor also failed but wire from the contactor was still alive and was hitting the condenser the whole time it was on turn the power off at the breaker so no more electrical burning can happen to the condenser. Total customer That it would be better to replace due to the age and issues happening in last tuneup I told them that this could happen to the unit and it is now showing up. If customers did not want to replace let them know we would have to redo the electrical for the condenser but could not promise that nothing else in the system took damage. Husband said that they will leave it as is for now now and see what they want to do. Customer would like the office to run the $49 service fee.

Shower is complete but while we were there the customer had us go ahead and change out the top half of four faucets in the house. The customer also had her tile repaired and the sheet rock repaired from our last visit and the price of this visit was $220 so we didn’t charge for today but will credit or charge accordingly when the customer sends us the bill for the tile and sheet rock repair that was made. Customer will let us know when she gets the invoice and forward it over to us so we can square it away. No follow up at this time.

I was out working on my yard and got a call from the office saying the condenser was not communicating anymore with the thermostat and was asked if all was ok. Went inside and found the A/C not working anymore. Love the smart system that emails the office when there is a problem. Tech was able to come out and diagnose the problem. Got parts the next day and was up and running again.
