Our team kicks off every new year with a team building/planning retreat. We definitely are not afraid of fun around here! While lots of laughs are 
shared and memories are made, this event is essential to making sure our team members are centered, focused, and ready for the new year ahead.
Our theme this year is “May the Force Be With You”. Our leaders donned their Star Wars attire, and guided our team members through many team building activities that required brains and a little bit of brawn. Our team members do not lack their competitive spirit. Although there was some great competition, the orange team was victorious for the third year in a row!
Our annual retreat is also the time for our teams to work on setting goals for the year. We feel it is important for our teams to come up with their own ideas and ways (together) to better fulfill our mission and values statements. We always love seeing how creative our team members can be.
We are looking forward to seeing how our team of Jedis continues to serve our customers, our community, and fellow employees in the year ahead. Here’s to a great 2020!
