Community Involvement

Bradbury Brothers cares by giving back to the community that gives our team a great place to live and work.  Here are some of the ways we show we care:

We love our veterans. Our company and team members partner with Boots for Troops in Magnolia, TX and provide brand new boots and tons of snacks and other goodies for veterans currently deployed overseas.

We want to give back to those in our community in need. Our team members gather hundreds of pounds of food for Interfaith of the Woodlands that goes directly to the homes of our local Woodlands residents!

We team up with the Woodlands Kiwanis and other local charities dedicated to serving children and collect stuffed animals for the local Woodlands Texas Children’s Hospital and other homeless shelters for children and put together teams to deliver many of them directly to the children and their siblings.

Our company’s Value Statement is “We care for our community – by providing them an example of a business that benefits the community and maintains quality, ethics and honesty at all times”. One of the ways we live our values is by participating in local events. We were honored to win the “Most Patriotic Award”!

We team up with the Interfaith Young Professionals and collect backpacks and boxes of school supplies for Interfaith of the Woodlands to distribute to local children that need assistance preparing for the new school year.

We collect pet food, cat litter, and many other dog/cat related supplies for Operation Pets Alive. Their mission is to promote a no-kill community, and they aid those who take in foster dogs and cats as they await forever homes.

Every year, our team members compete in the Dragon Boat Races put on by The Woodlands YMCA. The YMCA is well known across the United States for strengthening local communities, and our Woodlands Family YMCA is no exception. Our team members look forward to this event all year long, and some have added rowing to their exercise regimens to properly prepare!

We participate yearly in the Light the Night fundraising walk for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which funds research to find blood cancer cures . We both sponsor the event raising thousands of dollars as well as walk as a team in honor of the Bradbury Brothers’ grandmother suffering from lymphoma.

We pack hundreds of shoeboxes full of various items, including small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies for Operation Christmas Child, held annually by Samaritan’s Purse. These boxes are then shipped to children affected by poverty, war, natural disaster, famine, and disease.

Our team members join forces to bring together donations for Camp Hope (PTSD Foundation of America). This local nonprofit houses veterans that are suffering from combat related PTSD, and heals them through one-on-one and peer to peer counseling. We are excited for the opportunity to give back to those who so selflessly served our country.
