We came out today to conduct the annual plumbing home inspection. We ended up giving an estimate to replace the cartridge in the upstairs guest bathroom tub, replace the angle stops and supply lines in that same bathroom sink because they were polybutylene and most likely will one day be a serious issue, and to replace the supply line on the Toilet in that bathroom because it’s a problematic product and not recommended. Also gave an estimate to the customer to replace the water heater because they know it is all then near the end of its life expectancy but assured them we will be replacing it with the same quality rheem Product. Other than that the house looks great no serious issues to bring up to the customer and they will call us when they’re ready to make these repairs.
We are pleased to know your experience with us was a good one!
Came out today to give the customer pricing on changing out the water heater in the garage. Customer okayed the estimate and we went ahead with the work. The customer now has a new 40 gallon electric water heater installed with a pan. Customer paid with credit card no follow-up needed today.

The unit is upflow and the secondary drain port to the coil was capped off so water was overflowing in the primary drain line going through the blower and existing out of the seams of the bottom of the furnace. Homeowner authorized fixing drain line to have secondary port drain into the emergency drain pan. Explained that there was a large amount of rust on the coil and there is a high chance of primary drain line getting clogged again. When recording unit pressures, found the suction pressure low for
Arrived to the Rector residence to go over generator ideas. Got information for Todd and Ron that way we can put a price together. At this time there’s no reason to do a follow up call.

Came out to conduct the plumbing inspection, everything looks good. Would suggest putting the tankless flush on schedule and we left pricing in the email but wouldn’t be able to during normal business our since they have to have hot water. Also noted the small backflow for the ice maker looks worn and to keep an eye on that, but the plumbing checked out other than that.
Homeowner had us out today because he is moving and was trying to unhook the washing machine. The cold side shut off valve would not shut off. Homeowner authorized to change the cold side. Made repair everything is working properly.
