JOB DESCRIPTION for experienced HVAC Technicians:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units for residential customers; diagnose and repair all components of these systems.
- Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoices, obtain customers signature at the completion of the job; process electronic credit card payments; obtain and input accurate customer contact information including address, phone number(s) and email addresses.
- Accurately document all installed equipment: make, model, serial number, necessary test measurements, and take pictures as necessary.
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations; clearly & professionally communicate to the customer what the current issues are and explain what is necessary to correct them.
- Actively participate in company provided training opportunities to stay informed on current industry technologies.
- Identify and report to the HVAC manager potential opportunities for additional business and maintain a set close rate.
REQUIREMENTS for HVAC Technicians:
- Valid Texas Driver’s license with a good driving record (no DUIs)
- Clean criminal background (no felonies)
- Drug free (drug tested)
- Live within 30 miles of our offices
- Registered with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR)
- EPA Certification
- 2+ years of experience (Preferably residential and some commercial)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A motivated/ethical team player

JOB DESCRIPTION for Customer Service Representatives:
- Answer incoming calls using proper greeting and route to appropriate team members.
- Book service calls and sales calls to keep HVAC, plumbing and electrical teams in front of customers.
- Make outgoing calls to customers and prospective customers to schedule appointments needed.
- Understand and communicate our Membership program.
- Use proper customer resolution procedures for customer issues.
- Confirm following day and week’s appointments.
- Send Thank You cards and make Happy Calls to all new customers.
- Become the first line of communication with our customers to show their value to our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION for Sales:
- Appointments with customers as scheduled by the company using sales presentations outlined in the company’s selling process.
- Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products. Present financing on all proposals.
- Present a proposal at time of the first appointment with required paperwork, drawings and pictures to properly communicate the job for installation.
- Follow-up on all unsold leads and stay in contact with all potential buyers working with Director of Sales to close the deals.
- Return to completed jobs to insure customer satisfaction and future business and ask for referrals.
- Act as liason between customer and company communicating as needed to insure customer satisfaction and productive installations.
- Attending and participating in weekly sales meetings and participating in local networking groups developing referral opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS for Sales:

JOB DESCRIPTION for Warehouse/Trainees:
- Training program for HVAC, plumbing and electrical technicians
- Quick learner with a mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull/carry heavy objects
- Able to climb ladders and work in attics/crawlspaces
- Available to work 7 am to 7 pm as well as weekend rotation
