Installing a New HVAC System

If your current system isn’t cutting it anymore, or you’re putting one into a new build, it helps to have someone who knows what’ll work best for your space. From central AC to ductless mini-splits and energy-smart thermostats, the goal is simple: help you stay comfortable and cut down those energy bills.

Is It Time for an Upgrade?

If your HVAC system is more than 10 years old, it might be costing you more than it should. Upgrading doesn’t just mean better performance—it usually means lower bills, fewer repairs, and better air.

Here’s what an upgrade could mean for you:

  • Rooms that actually feel the same temperature
  • Cleaner indoor air
  • Less noise
  • More control with smart features

And with many systems qualifying for rebates or tax credits, it’s worth looking into.

AC Repair Humble TX

When something breaks, you want it fixed—quick. We show up on time, figure out what’s going on, and take care of it. That includes middle-of-the-night emergencies because HVAC issues don’t always wait for business hours.

HVAC Maintenance That Keeps You Ahead of the Game

You know how cars need oil changes? Your HVAC system needs that kind of attention too. Regular tune-ups keep things running smoothly, catch little problems early, and help your system last longer.

Indoor Air Quality Solutions

The air inside your home or business matters. If it’s full of dust, allergens, or humidity swings, it can really affect how you feel. We offer ways to fix that:

  • Filters that trap way more particles than basic ones
  • UV lights to fight mold and bacteria
  • Whole-house humidifiers and dehumidifiers
  • Better airflow with updated ventilation

Need a Plumber in Humble?

Plumbing issues have a strange way of showing up at the worst possible times. Whether it’s a leaking water heater, a toilet that won’t flush, or a kitchen drain that’s totally clogged, you just want someone who’ll show up and fix it—without turning it into a bigger mess or costly bill.

Water Heaters Acting Up

If your water’s not getting hot—or it runs out after a five-minute shower—there’s probably an issue with the water heater. Could be the thermostat, the heating element, or sediment build-up. In older units, it might be time for a replacement, especially if it’s leaking or making popping noises.

Clogged Drains and Backed-Up Pipes

Grease, hair, soap, and everything else that goes down the drain can build up fast. If you’re dealing with slow sinks, tubs that won’t drain, or backups in multiple places, you might need more than just a plunger. Hydro-jetting or camera inspections can find and clear deeper problems in your plumbing system.

Toilet Trouble

Running constantly? Gurgling? Not flushing all the way? Some toilet problems are an easy fix (like replacing the flapper), while others point to a bigger issue—like sewer line problems. If the issue keeps coming back, it’s worth getting a professional to take a look.

Leaky Fixtures and Water Damage

A dripping faucet might seem minor, but over time, it can waste hundreds of gallons of water. Worse, hidden leaks under sinks or inside walls can lead to mold and serious damage. If something’s leaking, it’s better to fix it now before it turns into something bigger.

Humble Electricians

If something’s off with your power—flickering lights, outlets that don’t work, breakers tripping nonstop—it’s probably more than just a nuisance. These are signs your electrical system needs attention, and ignoring them could lead to bigger (and more expensive) problems.

  • Lights That Flicker or Buzz: If your lights are flickering or making strange sounds, that could mean loose wiring, overloaded circuits, or aging fixtures. It might seem like a small issue, but it’s often a warning sign of something deeper.
  • Outlets That Don’t Work (or Feel Warm): Outlets that randomly stop working or feel warm to the touch should never be ignored. That could point to a faulty connection or an overloaded circuit—either one can pose a fire risk if left unchecked.
  • Constantly Tripping Breakers: If you’re flipping breakers more often than you’d like, your system may be overloaded. Adding new appliances or equipment without upgrading your panel can push it past its limits.
  • Weird Smells or Sparks: Burning smells or visible sparks around switches, panels, or outlets? Shut off the power and call a licensed electrician. This isn’t a “wait and see” situation—it’s a serious safety issue.

I recently had an issue with my o line thermostat service that resulted in a significant increase in my settings. The system had switched to heat pump bit wasn't showing that setting on my thermostat screen. As a result I I couldn't turn off the heat. Eventually I ended up turning off the whole HVAC system. The next morning I contacted Bradbury Brothers..and was totally pleased with their quick response and resolution of this issue. Homeowner worried about water heater making popping noises when no water was being used. Shane was out last week and flushed out. Explain to homeowner that that is not a permanent fix and it might not work to keep the noise down. Also explain to homeowner the reason each came on we nobody was using the water because the temperature outside dropped the temperature in the tank low enough for the thermostat to kick it on. She understands now on way to meet noises without being used. Also noticed upstairs guest bathroom sink was really slow draining due to AC condensation. Gave estimate to snake out. Homeowner has scheduled for next Thursday to snake it out and do home inspection.
